8:00AM to 4:00PM Based out of the Mace Building - Jackson County Expo A program of the Jackson County CattleWomen, CULTIVATING THE next GEN is a three-day professional development for K-12 educators. Teachers will gain a foundational knowledge in agriculture. This year, beef cattle, dairy, and hydroponics will be presented and learned about through farm and ranch tours, a producer panel, demos and in discussions with knowledgeable industry leaders. This Professional Development will enrich student learning, allow teachers to better present fulfilling career paths, and help raise up the next generation of informed community leaders.
